আপনি দান বা যোগাযোগের ফর্ম পূরণ করলে আমরা আপনার নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর বা ইমেইল, এবং আপনার লেখা বার্তা পাই।When you fill in the donation or contact form, we receive your name, mobile number or email, and the message you write.

ওয়েবসাইটে আলাদা কোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে হয় না। আমরা কার্ড বা ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।The site requires no account. We never collect card or bank account details.

ফর্মগুলো কোনো ডেটাবেসে তথ্য জমা রাখে না। ফর্ম পূরণ করলে আপনার নিজের ইমেইল অ্যাপে একটি বার্তা তৈরি হয়, যা আপনি নিজে পাঠান।The forms do not store anything in a database. Filling one prepares a message in your own email app, which you send yourself.

অর্থাৎ আপনি না পাঠানো পর্যন্ত তথ্যটি আমাদের কাছে আসে না।Nothing reaches us until you choose to send it.

আমরা এই তথ্য শুধু আপনার সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ, আবেদন যাচাই এবং দানের হিসাব রাখার কাজে ব্যবহার করি।We use what we receive only to contact you, verify requests and keep donation records.

আমরা কোনো তথ্য বিক্রি করি না, বিজ্ঞাপনদাতার সঙ্গে ভাগ করি না, এবং আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা ছাড়া তৃতীয় পক্ষকে দিই না।We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never pass it to third parties unless the law requires it.

স্বচ্ছতার জন্য আমরা মাঠপর্যায়ের কার্যক্রমের ছবি সংরক্ষণ ও প্রকাশ করি। কোনো ছবি প্রকাশে আপত্তি থাকলে আমাদের জানান, আমরা তা সরিয়ে নেব।We keep and publish photographs from field activities for transparency. If you object to any photograph, tell us and we will remove it.

আপনার সম্পর্কে আমাদের কাছে থাকা তথ্য জানতে চাইতে পারেন, সংশোধন করতে পারেন, অথবা মুছে ফেলতে বলতে পারেন।You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask us to delete it.
